so... anyone that knows me really well.....knows my fav biscuit is an ....Afghan......so heres the best, from the best cook book....edmonds!200 grams butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa
2 cups cornflakes
chocolate icing (icing sugar and cocoa)
walnuts (to decorate)
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. sift flour and cocoa, stir into creamy mixture. fold in cornflakes. spoon mouds of mixture onto a greased oven try,gently pressing together. bake at 180 degrees for 15 mins or until set. when cold ice with icing and decorate with a walnut-important!
